Frustration

The frustration lies in the fact that I cannot seem to get my surgery secheduled. The surgery for my torn rotator cuff has yet to be scheduled. I call the "group" and ask to speak to the scheduler and it goes straight to voicemail. The message will say "You have reached the patient care team of Dr. Randy Schwartzberg, please a message and we will return your call as soon as possible." Yeah right.

This week I have called them several times and left messages. They call me back and leave a message. They will not give a number that I can call them back. They just tell me that they will try to reach me later. I call them and let them know when a good time to call me is. It goes on and on and on....

So... maybe next week I can answer the phone before it goes to voicemail. Fingers crossed.
