It is a beautiful day today. The sun is out and the temp is about 60 degrees. I have completed a few last minute errands that involved the grocery store (again) and checking up on my son J. We have church tonight for Christmas Eve services, and tomorrow will be pretty laid back. Of course, that could change with just a phone call! Tomorrow night we are invited to a friend's house for Christmas Dinner. I will be bringing my cornbread stuffing and squash casserole. The day after Christmas, December 26th, is our 32 wedding anniversary. We plan on going out to dinner and to the movies to see the new "True Grit" movie.
Later on I will be recapping my budget for this month. I have been using Mint to keep track of my money, and well..... it's not a pretty picture. I did go over budget in a couple of areas, but more about that later. I do like using Mint to track my money. It does keep me honest!
Oh, and I get home from my son's house and my husband is gone. He left both of his cell phones so he can't be reached. I hope he is not out shopping......we already exchanged gifts!
"Dear Lord....if he is shopping, let the gift be under 25.00 dollars. Our Christmas budget is already off the charts! Amen"
I hope all of you have a Blessed and Merry Christmas~

Oh I hope he's not shopping - if your budget is anything like my budget well... it can't handle much more!! Have a wonderful Christmas Day and Happy Anniversary too!
If my Hubbies phone is left behind it means he,s on the golf course and definitely not shopping.
Have a marvelous Christmas.
I told my husband not to spend more than 40, and he broke my rules!
How did you like True Grit? It is supposed to be great.
