Wednesday Reads That Are Worth Your Time

There are so many great blogs out there, but I wanted to share with you a few of the ones I visit on a regualr basis.  I always am entertained, and enlightened.  Enjoy!

It goes without saying, Christmas can be darn expensive!  Penny at The Saved Quarter has mastered the $100 Holiday Challenge.  She has inspired me to undertake my own $500 Holiday Challenge.

Nikki at Debt Free by Thirty shares her tips to put together great weekly menu plans Planning your meals definitely saves money!

Crystal at Budgeting in The Fun Stuff has a colorful way to budget, get out your highlighters.  This is so simple, even I can do it. :)

One Cent At A Time is hosting his first weekly Yakezie challenger round-up.
It is a great roundup, and a wonderful way to support Yakezie challengers.

The Super Frugalette has become a Pragamatic Couponer.
I use to go overboard with couponing, but how much toothpaste does one person need?  I like her way of couponing, definitely makes more sense to me.

Thanks for the mention.

I would love to spend only $500 for Christmas, but I also really want a KitchenAid mixer and those are about $250. Sorry kids no Christmas for you this year!

The photo of the boy reading the book is mine and that is my son. Please either give credit to me as the photographer and my son Braxton or take down the photo. Thank you.
