Supernatural Blessing

We refinanced our home 3 years ago. My husband wanted to go back to school full time and in order to do this we used some of the equity in our home. Our new loan, ( actually it is about 3 years old) is through Countrywide mortgage does not incorporate our taxes or our homeowners insurance in the payment. We pay the bills when they are due.

Beginning in September of this year we received the bill for the homeowners insurance. Due to our location and and close propensity to hurricanes our bill increased by about 40%. Yuck. So we have been making monthly payments to reduce the balance. So a payment was made in September, and in October of about 200 dollars. The total bill is close to 1200 dollars. Earlier this week I get a letter from the insurance company WITH a REFUND check of 200 dollars. The bill has been paid in full. WHAT???

Okay, is I call the agent that handles my policy. She checks my account with the insurance company and it is paid. IN FULL. WHAT?? So the next day I call the insurance company and the confirm that the payment has been made in full. No balance due. WHAT??? It was not made by my mortgage company but another company ( wrote down the name and will contact them). To my knowledge my loan is still with Countrywide. We just received our regular monthly bill and nothing has changed. So far.

So there you go. Homeowners Insurance is paind in Full! I am giving credit and thanks to the Lord. He does work in mysterious ways! Supernatural Blessings from the Lord. We are faithful with our tithes and offerings and He will continue to bless us! God is good.

I love this post. My hubby and I experienced the same sort of thing early in our marriage. When we were trying to be and do good it seems like God was keeping a close eye on us. For example, we would be out of milk and diapers for the boys and some sort of check would show up in the mail. It is so fascinating. I totally believe that when you put positive energy out to the world it always comes back to you when you need it the most. Congrats on your blessing.
