Frugal Fitness

Simple enough, isn't it? The best, easiest and most economical (frugalist) form of exercise is walking. It can be performed anywhere (practically) and it is something you can do alone or with others. Walking provides time to reflect, clear your thoughts and is a great opportunity to pray. Walking can both refresh your body, mind and spirit.......without costing you a penny.

I agree that walking is a great way to get fresh air and relax, collect thoughts and enjoy yourself. It really isn't great exercise if your goal is to be more fit or lose calories. You would be better off biking or jogging. For someone who is more interested in working out, the best free workouts would be doing push ups and sit-ups. You can do 8 minute abs on youtube and get a great workout for free.
