My menu planning has been very lax as of late. And my budget definitely reflects it. Between the Short Sale House, Easter, Mother's Day, and my AVON business, my organization skills have been less than spectacular.
But now we are back on track for this week:
Monday: Grilled Pork Chops
Tuesday: Tater Tot Green Bean Casserole
Wednesday: Ham and Scalloped Potatoes ( Left over ham from weekend)
Thursday: Pizza ( $5.00 pizza from Little Ceaser's)
Friday: Grilled Chicken Breasts, Grilled Vegetables (Zucchini is the best on the grill)
This is the plan for the week. Hoping things settle down and we can get back on track with our grocery shopping, budgeting and saving. I think it is time to start using cash again and put the debit card up.

Grilled Pork Chops, mmm.
You have been having some hectic days lately. I hope things start to settle down.
Thanks Niki. I tend to overload myself and then crash and burn..... A vicious cycle. :)
Funny how things start to slide when you're not looking! But you've been sooooo busy! Don't you just love BBQ season? I think everything tastes better on the grill:)
I can so relate to the cash vs debit card ... amazing that we KNOW it's the same thing usage wise but still spend way more when it's the card swiping :)
I know what you mean about menu planning...if I so much as stop for a week I overspend my budget.
Glad that you managed to get back on track :)
Little Ceasar's is my favorite pizza. They run $6.99 here, but every so often one of the nearby sites will run a special for $3.99. There is never any warning, but what ever I have planned for that day if I see the guy on the corner with the ad I will always pick up two of them for dinner.
