Still Here

Yes... I am still here but I certainly have not been active with my blog. I have been distracted with my new grandbaby who is now three weeks old. What a lofe altering experience for our family!!

During my absence.. we have incurred some debt. Hubs is still unemployed but recieving unemployment. Unemployment is enough to pay the mortgage... but beyond that, not much else.

So... with the projects that are being completed we are back in debt. About 10,000 dollars. Yes... that is a scary number. In fact... I have kinda had my head in the sand ignoring the obvious. Yes... that does happen. Ignorance is bliss but only for a short time.

Now... back to getting the debt paid down. Hwo are we going to tackle that on one full income and unemployment? A plan is not yet in place,, but I don know that I have to implement one very soon. Like today.

Back to pinching pennies again!!

I just wanted to add more savings to the walgreens trip and say you can use the 55¢ coupon that was in the paper and get the cookies for less than a dollar :D I'm not sure what paper it was in but I'd like to say it was in the week before lasts.

love your great tips.
