Menu Plan Monday ~ Nov 14

This will be an easy week for planning a menu.   We have a reasonably full freezer and pantry and we should not have to go the the grocery store for too much.  My knee is so much better and I am able to get around without the walker.  That make's for a great day!

Monday:  Spaghetti Casserole, salad
Tuesday:   Broiled or grilled (depends on weather) Tilapia, brown rice, corn on cob
Wednesday:  Homemade Cheese steak subs, chips
Thursday:  Chicken Tenders, Broccoli, Mac and cheese ( the blue box)
Friday:    Meatloaf, grilled red potatoes,
Saturday:  Dinner at In-laws
Sunday:   Chicken and Dumplings

We will use the leftover meatloaf for sandwiches.

I like to use what I can from the pantry and freezer, go for simple vegetarian meals or 'hunt' for an invitation to dinner with the family on lean weeks. planning meals for the week always requires a bit of creativity!

I shouldn't have to go grocery shopping too much either this week!

Glad to hear you're regaining your mobility! Hope you keep getting better. And dinner this week sounds really really good.
