Monday Plan Monday April 9, 2012

This weekend, I started back with taking the time to plan out my weekly menu.  For the most part, we were able to stick to the plan.  There is a peace of mind that comes with having a weekly menu plan.  No last minute panic or last minute drive thru food. These dinners will be our lunch since my husband is working nights next as well.

Monday:  Grilled Chicken Cutlets, Grilled Zucchini

Tuesday:  Spaghetti Casserole, Salad, Garlic Bread

Wednesday:  Grilled Cod Fillets, Steamed Broccoli, Brown Rice

Thursday:  Frozen Pizza, Salad.

Friday:  Crock Pot White Chili, Corn Bread

Saturday:  Dinner Out ( Gift Card!)

Sunday:  Crock Pot Roast

Oh - looks delicious. Are you open for visitors from outer space? Or Europe???

Of course making a menu is the key to not wasting food, saving shopping time, saving money and eating better. We have been doing it for a couple of years now.

I'm intrigued about your "White Chili" - I'm thinking its made with white meat - so I'm off to search for a recipe as my littlie would like that and it would start his journey into "slightly spicy"
