Nothing like a last minute menu plan! There will be grocery shopping this week but it will be more for milk,bread and such. A couple of weeks ago I had made several portions of chili and spaghetti sauce to freeze for future use.
Last week was hectic and crazy and we ate out a lot! Hoping things are settling down this week, but we have. Learned to take things one day at a time.

Everyone has a hectic week and eats out a lot. My week was also last week. The key is to not let it become a habit. We made dinner on Sunday and had the leftovers last night. Tonight was just random things in the fridge. Tomorrow is Unbelievable Chicken. It's a crazy name, but it really is unbelievable!
We somewhat plan our meals for the week and buy what we need for them. It's a great way to save money and eliminate waste by purchasing more food than you need. Cheers and great menu for the week! Baked Pasta... Mmm
