Now we are counting points and adding exercise to our routine. This weekend I have been online searching out easy and tasty Weight Watcher oriented recipes. Here are a few that we will be using this week:
Monday: Sweet Potato Cauliflower Soup This recipe looks easy and is a great way to get vegetables in our diet.
Tuesday: Skinny Meatloaf
Wednesday: Skinny Chicken Pot Pie We love chicken pot pie, and this recipe is only 7 points per serving.
Thursday: Pizza Logs Great for when you are craving pizza!
Friday: Cheesy Chicken and Rice Casserole Total comfort food.
Each meal is accompanied by a green salad and or fruit.
