Menu Plan Monday ~ Jan 23

This is going to be a super easy week for menu planning. Again. My mom's church family wants to bring dinner to my mom during her radiation treatments.  I have to say, her church family has really been super duper wonderful throughout this process.  You can see below in green were I will have the night off.  Woot!  Woot!
I am very excited and am looking forward to all the great food that is coming.

Monday: Church member is bringing dinner

Tuesday: Left over black bean soup and Cuban bread
Wednesday: Church member is bringing dinner
Thursday: Grilled pork chops, broccoli, brown rice
Friday: Church member is bringing dinner
Saturday: Grits and Eggs (Breakfast for Dinner)
Sunday: Dinner out with family

We are blessed to have the support of my mom's friends :)

That is such a relief to have the church family helping out! I'm interested in the cuban bread, can you post the recipe or the link? Thanks :)
